About me

• Born in Porto in 1983.
• Lives in Maia. 
• Works in Maia, Viana do Castelo and Guimarães.

Teaching

• Teaches since 2008 Painting and drawing in "Atelier de Pintura e Desenho da Maia".
• Teaches since 2010 drawing in the Architecture Art and Design School  of Minho University, Guimarães.
• Teaches since 2021 in the Polytechnic Institute of Viana do Castelo, in the Plastic Arts and Artistic Technologies course.

Education

• 2018 / Doctoral student in Plastic Arts in Faculdade de Belas Artes da Universidade do Porto.
• 2010 / "Huma sorte de academia" Artistic residence program in printing, Faculdade de Belas Artes da Universidade do Porto.
• 2008-2009 / Masters in Practice and Theory of Drawing (FBAUP), with the thesis "Drawing: The image of knowledge; The taxonomic strategies of drawing as mediators of our relation with the world / Desenho: A imagem do conhecimento; As estratégias do desenho taxonómico enquanto mediadoras da nossa relação com o Mundo".
